HUMPHREYS UNITED CLUB Membership Form 2026-2027

Payment can be made in US dollars or by clicking here to pay with credit or debit card (there will be a surcharge for credit card processing.) Membership is from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027. Please contact the Membership Chair at membership@humphreysunited.org for more information.

Serve on a committee (Annual Charity Event, Bazaar, Community Outreach, Fall Fundraiser, Korean Welfare, Luncheons, Scholarships, etc.)

Lead a subclub (Available sub-clubs are agreed upon between sub-club leaders, Activities Chair and the HUC Board. Examples include, but are not limited to: Book Club, Bunco, Cooking Club, Hiking, Lunch Bunch, etc.) etc.)

Volunteer with the United Club at club events or community events.

I have a special skill to share with HUC (Examples include, but are not limited to: graphic design, photography, web design, fluency in Korean, etc.)

I understand and agree to Humphreys United Club terms and conditions for membership as outlined in our constitution & by-laws.

Reservation Policy:
- Reservations/RSVPs are required for all Humphreys United Club functions unless otherwise specified.
- Reservations are secured through our website and should be made by the publicized deadline.
- Requests for refunds can be made via email at treasurer@humphreysunited.org. No refunds will be made after the reservation deadline.

I understand the Reservation Policy and will adhere to it.

I give the Humphreys United Club permission to publish my image via social media, website, newsletter and/or the "DMZ to the Sea." Also, any images I provide can be used at the HUC's discretion.
