HUMPHREYS UNITED CLUB Membership Form 2026-2027

Membership 2026-2027 has a $5 discount until 1July 2026.

Payment can be made in US dollars, by debit/credit card, or PayPal. (There will be a surcharge for credit card processing.)  Membership is from June 1st through May 31st. Please contact the Membership Chair at membership@humphreysunited.org for more information.

Reservation Policy:
- Reservations/RSVPs are required for all Humphreys United Club functions unless otherwise specified. 
- Reservations are secured through our website and should be made by the publicized deadline.
- Requests for refunds can be made via email at treasurer@humphreysunited.org. No refunds will be made after the reservation deadline.
