HUMPHREYS UNITED CLUB Membership Form 2023-2024

Membership Fee: $30 Annual Fees for all members with a discounted price of $20 for E1-E5.
Payment can be made in US Dollars, Credit Card or Checks made out to the United Club. There will be a surcharge for credit card processing. Membership is from June 2023 – May 2024. Please contact the Membership Chair at membership@humphreysunited.org for more information.

Get Involved! I would like more information on the following volunteer opportunities: (check all that apply)

Serve on the board.

Serve on a committee (Annual Charity Event, Bazaar, Community Outreach, Fall Fundraiser, Korean Welfare, Luncheons, Scholarships, etc.)

Lead a subclub (Available sub-clubs are agreed upon between sub-club leaders and HUC Board. Examples include, but are not limited to: Adventure club, Book club, Crafting club, Cooking club, Lunch Bunch, etc.)

Volunteer with the United Club at club events or community events.

I have a special skill to share with the United Club (Examples include, but are not limited to: graphic design, photography, web design, fluency in Korean, etc.)

Reservation Policy:
- Reservations are required for all United Club functions unless otherwise specified.
- Reservations must be made by the publicized RSVP deadline and cancellations must be made by the publicized cancellation deadline.
- If a member misses the cancellation deadline, the member is still responsible for the event fee.
- Please see the reservation policy in our Constitution (Article VI, Section 6.03) for more information.
